:
Responsible to control and monitor all tendered project expenditure
To assist the Project Manager on the day-to-day project construction, administration and coordination with all site activities.
Prepare technical submission of tenders
Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring
Obtain and administer the project tender documents
Produce regular cost reports and raise it to the executive management for any forecast cost overruns as soon as possible to allow corrective actions to be taken in a timely manner
Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement
Creating plans and schedules
Attending meetings.
Conducting feasibility studies
Drawing plans
Gathering data on the project site
Advising stakeholders, executives and community members
Ensuring employee safety
Supervising the entire project
Collaborating with other project professionals
Handling setbacks
Preparing technical reports
Evaluating the integrity of project components
Understanding and meeting all contract requirements
Researching new market opportunities
Staying up-to-date with new trends
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering
Minimum 15 years of experience in similar roles
AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools.
