Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules using advanced planning tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Lead the planning process for large-scale projects, ensuring all activities, resources, and deadlines are accurately planned and aligned with ADNOC's requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to develop realistic and achievable timelines for project phases.
Prepare detailed
resource-loaded schedules
and track the allocation of resources, materials, and equipment.
Conduct
risk assessments
and create mitigation strategies for potential scheduling challenges, delays, or resource conflicts.
Prepare periodic progress reports, project status updates, and forecasting reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze project variances and provide recommendations to ensure the project remains within scope, time, and cost parameters.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience
in planning and scheduling within
ADNOC
or similar oil and gas projects.
Expertise in
Primavera P6
and/or
MS Project
, with advanced knowledge of scheduling techniques and project management methodologies.
Strong understanding of ADNOC's project planning and execution processes, including knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
Proven experience in
resource allocation
, project risk management, and budget forecasting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues early and proactively address them.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
Bachelor's degree
in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP, PMI-SP, or other planning-related certifications are preferred.
Strong understanding of
HSE standards
and their integration into planning processes.
