Key Responsibilities-
Pre-Tender Phase
Develop integrated master programmes in collaboration with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Identify and manage risks through a comprehensive pre-tender risk register.
Ensure alignment between project and consultant programmes; escalate discrepancies proactively.
Track procurement packages against approved procurement strategies.
Tender & Appointment Phase
Monitor bidding and procurement progress to ensure timely delivery.
Evaluate tender programmes submitted by bidders and provide strategic input during negotiations.
Support the appointment process by validating programme feasibility and risk exposure.
Post-Award & Execution Phase
Review contractor baseline programmes and advise on alignment with master schedules.
Monitor progress, identify delays, and assess recovery plans for effectiveness.
Support time extension claims with robust documentation and contemporary records.
Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors to track progress against payments and maintain accurate cash flow projections.
Attend site meetings and inspections; log risks and ensure milestone compliance.
Oversee RERA visits and ensure cash call milestones are met in accordance with regulatory requirements.
