Job Title Senior Planner - Operator

Senior Planner, Operator, Dubai, $8.5K - $10K USD pm total package
Location: Dubai, UAE
Permanent Role
Remuneration: $8.5K - $10K USD pm + education + return air tickets + medical.
This role is responsible for the establishment, execution, maintenance and control of all planning and scheduling activities and processes within an offshore platform project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Successfully develop, implement, maintain and update the Project planning procedures.
2. Produce and maintain work breakdown structures and project plans
3. Integrate project plans with engineering and construction contractors as well as interface milestones from the Operations, Development and Drilling teams.
4. Develop and lead risk analysis process for project schedule.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, including procurement status.
6. Review accuracy of the contractor's plans and milestones.
7. Develop manpower analysis and resource histograms for Project team.
8. Monitor project plans and report on projects that are delayed or behind schedule to the relevant Project Engineer to resolve.

- 10+ years experience as a Planning Engineer for projects within the oil/gas sector.
- 5+ years as a Senior Planning Engineer.
- Project Planning experience of offshore EPC activities.
- Experience establishing and operating project controls and planning within operations, engineering and construction fields.
- Experience with an operator or EPC.
- Expertise in Primavera.
