Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Planner** to join our team! In this role you will get to **Developing and Updating of Master Program through PMCM's planning team.**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
Assist Manager/Head, Planning Controls in Program Management, Project
Management & Reporting for Client Portfolio projects which includes
Infrastructure, Utilities, Landscape and Building projects. Responsibilities
broadly cover the following functions:
. Developing and Updating of Master Program through PMCM's planning
team.
. Preparation, Enhancement & Update the Management Reports
. Review of Tender Document to make sure that Planning requirements
are incorporated
. Review and validate the PMCM recommendations on Baseline
Program review, EOT entitlement assessments & Planning Reports.
. Escalate time related project issues that are perceived as high risk for
Client's interests.
. Assist in standardization of Planning Procedures & Reports across Client.
. Co-ordinate between all functional departments. Provide Planning
support to all related departments to ensure consistent planning
service/performance.
. Lead the planning functions for projects that are managed in-house by
Client.
. Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as
determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent engineering degree.
+ +10 years of experience in Planning of Construction Projects.
+ Shall have +5 years' experience on Buildings Projects such as High-Rise towers, Hotels & Museums.
+ Working experience in Client organization / PMCM organizations.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Proficiency in planning software Primavera P 6 or later versions.
+ Well versed with MS Office Packages (Excel, Power Point)
+ Excellent Communication & Reporting skills
+ Ability to Prepare Management Presentations & Executive Reports.
+ Ability to initiate performance measurement criteria / tools in planning.
+ Ability to Formulate Strategies for Planning and Management and advise thePlanning Manager for successful delivery of the project.
+ Analytical Ability to review and Validate recommendations from PMCMs
+ Ability to coordinate and administer Programs/ Projects proactively inconsultation with all functional departments.
+ Should be a self-starter.
+ Demonstrated skills and abilities needed to coordinate, facilitate, andparticipate in a collaborative approach to the completion of tasks orassignments.
