Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Piping Engineer

with a strong mechanical engineering background to join our Oil & Gas team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in piping design, engineering, and project execution within upstream oil operations. This role requires technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in managing complex projects in the UAE or GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, analysis, and layout of piping systems for Oil & Gas projects (onshore/offshore). Review and approve P&IDs, isometrics, and piping layout drawings in compliance with project standards. Conduct stress analysis, pipe material selection, and ensure adherence to ASME, API, and international standards. Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams -- process, mechanical, civil, and instrumentation. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and designers, ensuring quality and efficiency in deliverables. Review vendor drawings and technical documents for compliance with project specifications. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities. Perform site visits and provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning stages. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company quality procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (UAE or GCC)

Must have upstream oil experience

Immediate Joiner

. Strong knowledge of piping design principles, stress analysis, and material specifications. Proficiency in relevant software such as

AutoCAD, Caesar II, PDMS, or E3D

. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. In-depth understanding of ASME, ANSI, API, and other relevant standards

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
