Senior Piping Engineer
Job Description
Based in Dubai but flexible to travel to Iraq
RESPONSIBILITIES: To prepare and/or review the project design basis, design philosophies and design specifications work on the engineering and project management services for a shallow heavy oilfield.
.Execute the assigned design and drafting activities in accordance with the quality system in force within the Discipline, job requirements, and time schedule.
.Develop Plot plan and Equipment layouts independently & guide team of engineers in field and in-office according to the established Technical Work Practices.
.Develop 2D & 3D Piping General Arrangement Drawings according to the established Technical Work Practices
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Piping Engineering with at least 10 years' experience .Thorough knowledge of Equipment layout Development, Piping layout design for all types of equipment such as Vessels, Exchangers, Tanks, Pumps, Compressors and Piping MTO .Must be able to guide a team of engineers in office as well as in the field.
