Lead Backend Developer

You'll own architectural decisions, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product, frontend, and design teams to deliver impactful and high-performing tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a backend team to deliver clean, scalable, high-quality code. Architect and develop robust backend systems using

TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS., Php, Laravel.

Design efficient data models and manage databases:

PostgreSQL

,

MongoDB

,

Elasticsearch

,

Neptune

. Guide backend modernization initiatives and make strategic architectural decisions. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and monitoring tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend engineers, designers, and product managers to align technical solutions with business needs. Conduct regular code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. Own performance, security, and scalability challenges across backend infrastructure. Manage sprints, provide task estimations, and keep project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) up-to-date.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum

6 years of backend development experience

, including: Strong proficiency in

Hands-on experience with

REST APIs

2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience
