A long-established and trusted global brokerage firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Payments Manager to oversee next phase of their operations with prop trading is a focus, within a dynamic Forex and CFD environment. Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payments Manager to lead the end-to-end payments function for a fast-growing global trading fintech company. This role oversees the full payments lifecycle - including pay-ins, pay-outs, refunds, settlements, and chargebacks - while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multi-currency and multi-provider environments.
The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of international payment networks, reconciliation workflows, and regulatory frameworks. You will manage PSP and banking relationships, optimize operational performance through automation and smart routing, and deliver actionable reporting to support financial control and growth. This is a key operational role driving secure, scalable, and best-in-class payment capabilities.
Requirements:

• 5+ years in payment operations within fintech, online trading, or high-volume e-commerce
• Experience handling global payment flows across multiple providers and currencies
• Strong familiarity with payment orchestration models and PSP aggregation
• Proven track record optimizing routing, negotiation of commercials, and reducing transaction costs
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effective partner and vendor relationships
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Compliance, and Tech teams

• Expertise in global PSPs, payment gateways, orchestration systems, and multi-currency flows (cards, APMs, bank transfer & crypto)
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes across PSPs, payment systems, and CRMs
• Advanced Excel skills for payment reporting, validations, and reconciliation logic
• Understanding of AML/CTF, PCI-DSS, PSD2, and data protection requirements
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
