Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

Direct message the job poster from OMNIYAT This role is responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion applications across all business functions at OMNIYAT. This role ensures alignment between business needs and technology solutions, manages vendors, and drives continuous improvement of enterprise applications to support operational efficiency and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze a clientaEUR(TM)s current processes and recommend future-state technical solutions aligned with business goals. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and evaluate business requirements to align them with best practices for technical implementation. Develop integrations and extensions using OIC, VBCS, APEX, PCS, SQL, and PL/SQL, providing hands-on technical support during the development lifecycle. Evaluate and develop RICEW components, BI Publisher Reports, Fusion Reports, ICS, and customise workflows and forms. Coordinate design and implementation of integration components using OIC, FBDI, REST API, SOAP Web Services, and ERP Adapters. Provide expertise in reports development and administration using BIP, OTBI, and FRS across Finance, HCM, Projects, Procurement, and BPM modules. Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs using FAW, OTBI, and BI Publisher. Optimize data models and pipelines for FAW to ensure performance and scalability. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for analytics and reporting solutions. Utilize Sandbox tools such as Application Composer, Page Composer, and groovy scripting to extend application functionality. Support data migration using FBDI, AHDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders, ensuring structured execution and validation. Liaise with functional, infrastructure, and BI teams to facilitate analytics adoption and system performance optimization. Act as a subject matter expert on Fusion technical architecture and Oracle Cloud analytics. Ensure solutions adhere to security standards, data governance policies, and performance benchmarks. Skills and Experience:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in a similar role with Fusion experience mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in an agile environment, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in tools like APEX, VBCS, VB.Net/.Net, and Node JS. Strong knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, PL/SQL scripting, and BI Publisher. Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, Java, JavaScript, and Redwood. Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and FAW. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is preferred. Good understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures, especially in Finance, Procurement, Projects, and HCM modules. Hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimisation experience.
