Senior Operator Extrusion (blown Film)
Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for operating and controlling blown film extrusion machines to produce quality film as per production targets. Supports shift operations, quality compliance, and guides junior operators.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor blown film extrusion machines .
Set and control process parameters to meet quality standards.
Achieve production targets with minimum waste and downtime.
Monitor film quality and coordinate with QA for corrective actions.
Handle raw materials and ensure proper material mixing.
Perform basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activities.
Ensure safety, GMP, and housekeeping compliance.
Guide and support junior operators during shifts.
Qualifications & Experience
ITI / Diploma preferred.
8+ years of experience in BFL in flexible packaging.
Skills
Blown film process knowledge
Quality awareness
Troubleshooting skills
Team coordination
Work Conditions
Shift-based manufacturing role.
