We believe in high autonomy, and we want people who are looking to do things differently in order to create better experiences for our customers.We work in cross-functional teams and are laser focused on increasing the number of active clients we serve to drive sustainable growth.Your role in the TeamaEUR(TM)s SuccessOperational oversight of key functions and day-to-day decisions that affect IG LimitedDrive operational and product delivery to meet agreed objectivesPartner with the UAE Senior Executive Officer to develop the strategic direction of IG Limited.What youaEUR(TM)ll doSupport the UAE Senior Executive OfficeraEUR(TM)s vision and work towards delivering on agreed objectives.Overseeing the provision of financial services and any day-to-day decisions that affect IG Limited.Effectively engage with external stakeholders including key vendors and industry partners.Apply sound decision-making and problem-solving of complex issues and in pressure situations.Provide leadership within IG Limited to ensure that the GroupaEUR(TM)s Purpose, Values and Strategic Drivers are reflected, roll-modelled and actioned.Lead the local Executive Committee, engage around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model and operational delivery.Product owner for IG LimitedaEUR(TM)s leverage and non-leverage productsDriving acquisition, conversion, first trades and retention for IG LimitedOffice and facilities planning, implementation and ongoing managementBusiness continuity management coordinator and designated risk associate for IG LimitedChampion a Matrix Management environment which includes:Product development, pricing and marketing strategyChampion the client all through the client life-cyclePurposeful engagement with senior stakeholders across the group to encouragebest practice to be shared/implementedDrive continuous improvement in performance, processes, and local initiativesEngage other members of IG LimitedaEUR(TM)s management team to facilitate crossdepartment collaboration to ensures that all finance, marketing, sales and compliance solutions positively support IG LimitedaEUR(TM)s evolving strategy, operational delivery, and data collection needsWhat youaEUR(TM)ll need for this role4+ Years experience in a similar, highly operational and top performing roleGood analytical skills reflected in your critical thinking, research ability and interpreting data with comfortInterest in and passion for trading and investingDemonstrable background and experience driving product recommendations and outcomesSound presentation tools especially those required for preparing formal presentations and reports, including board packsHow we work We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
