Purpose of the Job

The Senior Operations Performance Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. This position involves analyzing complex data sets, developing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement within the supply chain.




Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations. Collaborate with operations teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices. Lead projects aimed at improving supply chain performance, reducing costs, and enhancing service levels. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist in the development of supply chain strategies by providing analytical support and insights. Evaluate the impact of new initiatives on supply chain performance and recommend adjustments as needed. Work closely with procurement, logistics, and inventory management teams to align operational objectives and enhance performance. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of supply chain strategies. Identify potential risks within the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies. Monitor compliance with supply chain policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity. Job Requirements - Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
