Senior Operations Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage maintenance operations.
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fire protection systems.
Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, client satisfaction, and quality standards.
Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Provide technical expertise to resolve complex maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with NFPA, Civil Defense regulations, and other international fire safety standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Fire Protection Systems maintenance.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
In-depth knowledge of NFPA, Civil Defense codes, and international fire safety standards.
Proven ability to manage large maintenance contracts and multiple teams.
