As Senior Operational Excellence Manager, Supply Chain Solutions (SCS), you will play a key role in advancing DSV's SCS portfolio within the Middle East & Africa region. This office-based position in Dubai is ideal for a commercially driven supply chain professional with strong solutioning capabilities and a passion for digital transformation.



You will work closely with the Global Head of SCS and regional leadership to support strategic customer engagements, drive solution excellence, and promote the value of DSV's digital supply chain offerings--including Infor Nexus, SCMS and advanced analytics. While this role does not include direct reports, it requires strong cross-functional collaboration and influence across Business Development, Operations, Operational Excellence and IT.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Act as a regional ambassador for DSV's SCS product vision, representing capabilities in internal and external forums. Support the execution of regional go-to-market strategies, contributing to RFQs, customer workshops, and solution design sessions. Engage with senior customer stakeholders to co-develop supply chain transformation agendas and articulate business value. Ensure alignment with global frameworks (Playbooks, Value Propositions, Implementation Models) while adapting to local market needs. Monitor the performance and scalability of SCS implementations, contributing to pipeline governance and quality assurance. Promote the adoption of DSV's digital stack as a modular, scalable supply chain operating system. Serve as a strategic advisor and escalation point for key customer programs, enabling coordination across BD, IT, and analytics teams.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Education

Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field. Education in Strategy, Digital Supply Chain, or Innovation is a plus.

Experience

6 - 8 years in supply chain roles within global or regional 3PL/4PL environments. Proven success in business development, customer engagement, and solution delivery. Experience with platforms such as Infor Nexus, SAP TM, Blue Yonder, or similar. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Domain Knowledge

Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and KPIs. Familiarity with digital ecosystems such as Control Towers and Visibility Platforms.

Specialized Expertise

Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile Design, DDMRP, TOC, and Logistics 4.0 is beneficial.

Leadership & Mobility

Strong influencing skills across functions and cultures. High adaptability in dynamic environments. Willingness to travel regionally up to 30-40% as needed.

Languages

English fluency (C1/C2) required. Arabic language skills are a strong asset.
