• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years in in GCC region.
• At least 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the same role with Design Experience.
• - Five (5) Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Diving Safety Rep. Engineer.
• - Well-versed in carrying-out diving inspection / maintenance projects and or contracts.
• - Experience with ADNOC Offshore projects is an advantage.

• Knowledge of in-depth engineering processes
• Experience with international codes, standards and engineering practices
• Must be experienced with all aspects of design from concept to detailed design
• Technical analysis of engineering problems
• Must possess a strong technical background in the design of petroleum refineries, process plants, onshore and offshore pipelines and crude oil tank farms.
• Must have experience in the preparation of scope of works, civil design basis, civil specifications, architectural plans, sections, elevations and drawings.
• Must be able to generate detailed calculations and drawings for all civil and RC / steel structures.
• Ability to review vendor documentation, civil specifications, geotechnical and topographical reports.
• Must have a demonstrable ability to provide top class engineering deliverables, as directed by the Project Study lead, without constant supervision, as per company technical competency standards.

• Should possess: - Team-Work skills. - Capability to strategize. - Analytical / Decision Making Skills. - Knowledge of HSE (NEBOSH / IOSH) Management. - Capability in preparing diving operations \xe2\x80\x9cScope of Work\xe2\x80\x9d of Inspection/ maintenance of Projects. - Project Management skills.
• Fluent in English (read/write).

• Well-versed in IT & its application in relation to work requirements. MS Office
