We are currently recruiting for a Senior Officer - Cash Operations to join our Cash team in Dubai.
Scope: The Senior Officer-Cash Operations Dubai is responsible for coordinating all cash operations activities within the region. This role supports the Operations Manager - Cash Operations in planning and organizing both operational and administrative functions. The position ensures that all activities comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Financial:

• Ensure attainment of agreed SLAs for all planned and emergency services performed daily.
• Continuously monitor route performance and initiate actions to maintain and improve route efficiency.

Customer:

• Coordinate timely and reliable Cash in Transit CIT, ATM, Cash deposit machines (CDM), Smart Cash deposit machine (SCDM), Road and Transport authority (RTA), and different type of Kiosks services to meet customer expectations.
• Address service-related customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information to customers and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor daily services to ensure completion within SLA and maintain an updated inventory of customers.

Process:

• Support the Operations Manager, Cash Operations for Dubai, ensuring smooth conduct of operations and regular progress updates.
• Focus on urgent, emergency, and prerequisite services requested by customers.
• Coordinate and oversee Dubai Cash operations, including route/service planning, task delegation to Ops supervisors, annual leave planning, and stationery requisition from banks.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and regulatory instructions, including proper usage of PPE and Cash Boxes.
• Identify and resolve issues such as traffic congestion, accidents, or mechanical failures to minimize disruptions and maintain operational continuity.
• Plan and deploy over 200 cash vans daily according to geographic routes.
• Monitor 3,000+ services performed daily.
• Coordinate with over 50 ATM and CIT customers during daily service delivery.

Innovation:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize route efficiency and productivity.
• Implement innovation processes approved by the Operations Manager and suggest further improvements.

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry with a focus on cash services.
• In-depth knowledge of ATM, Cash deposit machine, Smart cash deposit machines (SCDM), and Cash in Transit (CIT) and VIT operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in reporting, customer management, and performance management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory laws pertaining to cash operations
