Al Ghurair is seeking a Senior Officer Data Analysis to support the Mall Management department by developing data-driven insights and improving business performance. What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track key performance metrics.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of business performance data for stakeholders.
- Compile and analyze data for weekly and monthly business reviews, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Identify new metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance business analysis.
- Implement new data models and reporting techniques to improve decision-making processes.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization through automation.
- Support process re-engineering efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models and tools for business planning and budgeting.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, with certification in Data Analysis.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or reporting.
- Experience in the commercial, hospitality, or retail sectors is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools and data automation techniques.
- Strong background in reporting systems, data visualization, and forecasting models.
