The Senior Officer Business Conduct Assurance (IT/OT) plays a critical role in evaluating the cybersecurity, resilience, and compliance of Industrial Controls Systems and IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

Develop annual plans, identify Key Risk Areas based on ADNOC Offshore Business Plan, KPIs, previous findings, and risk register. Lead and manage ICS/OT & IT compliance verifications, including reviewing system configurations, network segmentation, user access controls, backup mechanisms, logging, vulnerability management, and compliance adherence. Assess incident response preparedness and conduct drills. Manage complexity of ICS and IT systems, interface across operations and cybersecurity teams, and balance security with operational safety. Conduct compliance verification at HQ and operational sites, develop strategies, supervise external SMEs, analyze audit outcomes, and generate insights. Contribute to verification checklists and aim for progression into ICS-OT specialist roles. Potential transition to roles in ICS/OT risk management and cybersecurity governance. Required Experience and Skills:

2-5 years hands-on experience with DCS/ICS systems and exposure to core IT systems. Experience with ICS/OT audits, IT security configurations, risk assessments, and familiarity with standards like UAE NESA, IEC 62443, ISO 27001. Strong understanding of ICS/OT architectures and IT infrastructure. Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are desirable. BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in relevant fields with 8-9 years of experience in IT/OT, preferably in oil and gas. Additional Information:
