We are hiring a detail-oriented Senior Officer to join our Accounts & Finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience including payroll processing, bank reconciliations and cash-flow reporting. You should be comfortable working with ERP systems (experience with SAP is an advantage) and able to manage end-to-end payroll and related statutory calculations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute the complete payroll cycle for employees, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions and timely payments.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports and audit documentation for both internal review and external compliance.
• Calculate end-of-service benefits and process final settlements for departing employees.
• Prepare and process service bill invoices between inter-company entities.
• Post bank entries for customer remittances received and for payments made to vendors.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare the monthly cash flow statement and other periodic cash reports to assist management decision-making.

Requirements & Skills:

• 2-6 years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on payroll handling.
• Graduation (Bachelor's) or CA intern status.
• Proven ability to work with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
