We specialize in Odoo ERP Implementation, Cloud Infrastructure, and Business Process Optimization -- empowering organizations to achieve operational excellence through smart technology.

We are expanding our operations in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah) and seeking a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our expert ERP team.

Role Overview

As a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading Odoo ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to successful go-live.
You'll work closely with clients to analyze business processes, design Odoo workflows, configure modules, and coordinate with technical teams for customization and integration.
This role requires strong business acumen, hands-on Odoo expertise, and client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing modules. Conduct detailed requirement analysis and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD). Configure, test, and deploy Odoo modules according to client needs. Collaborate with technical/development teams for module customization and integration. Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. Coordinate UAT sessions, system testing, and feedback management. Map business workflows and identify opportunities for process automation. Support pre-sales activities including solution demos and proposal preparation.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant. Proven experience in Odoo Enterprise (v15-v17). Strong understanding of business processes in accounting, sales, purchase, inventory, and HR. Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. Hands-on experience in Odoo configuration and data migration. Ability to manage client communication and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation skills. Fluency in English, Malayalam.

Preferred Qualifications

Odoo Functional Certification. Experience with Odoo.sh, multi-company setups, and multi-currency accounting. Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region. Knowledge of ZATCA e-Invoicing, VAT, and local compliance.
