Senior Technician / Site Supervisor

to oversee our field team and ensure high-quality service delivery across residential and commercial maintenance projects in Dubai.

Position: Senior Multi-Skilled Technician / Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians across multiple trades (AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, Painting, Carpentry, Tiling, etc.)

Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks as needed

Ensure timely and high-quality execution of maintenance and fit-out works Plan daily schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure optimal resource utilization Monitor site activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members Drive company vehicle to various sites across Dubai to manage operations and transport materials/staff when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven expertise in

AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Masonry, Carpentry, and Tiling

Strong leadership and team management experience At least

3 years of experience

in property maintenance or technical services Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety standards and protocols Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus Valid

UAE driving license

and familiarity with Dubai roads and locations

Additional Expectations:

Responsible, punctual, and dependable Able to handle tools and maintenance equipment efficiently Flexible and solution-oriented in handling on-site challenges Capable of performing both supervisory and technical roles
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
