Wood is looking for a Senior Mobilization Coordinator to join our team in Dubai :
Responsible for the preparation and liaising of UAE & Iraq visa applications
Managing and arranging pre-employment medical requirements for employees
Coordinating with stakeholders toward flights in line with the rotation schedule.
Coordinating and arranging Wood Group inductions for employees
Managing flights, accommodation, and transportation for employee\xe2\x80\x99s mobilization
Maintaining the mobilization tracker and ensuring data are up to date at the highest standard and in line with emergency response procedures.
Manage all administrative processes including the issuing of joining instructions; maintain accurate records and filing.
Ensure all employees have the appropriate visa, medical, attestation, induction, project specific requirements prior to mobilization.
Acts as logistics focal point for nominated project in relation to the movement of personnel.
Prepares and sends out Welcome / Mobilization e-mail. Ensure employees have the correct documentation.
Monitoring of employee flight tickets, hotels, medicals, inductions and visas due to expire to ensure validity is kept at all times.
Ensuring Audit requirements are met for employee folders.
Handling all general mobilisation/logistics queries
Manage priorities and react accordingly to changes in a timely manner and logistic requirement.
Manage new starts process of personnel on project.
Coordination of Security Personnel and all required site access
Actively support and adhere to Wood HSE Policy
Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to within the Logistic function.
Maintain good team moral and relationships within the project/group

Previous onshore brownfield experience
Previous Middle East experience is preferred.
