Professional Skill Requirements aA Proven track record of shipping machine learning-powered algorithm products at B2C-like scale as well as working with cross-functional teams in an agile-like environment aA You have a grasp of machine learning advanced level and ability to design intuitive, working ML solutions in response to complex business problems aA You can develop production code for feature processing, model prediction, serving, and monitoring in both real-time and batch scenarios. aA Youre ready to contribute to the entire software lifecycle: development, CI/CD and production operations aA When it comes to communicating, you have no problem with ML/algorithm designs clearly to crossfunctional team members, especially engineers and product managers aA You have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Minimum Experience and Knowledge: aA At least 3-5 years of experience on Azure aA 5+ years of of experience in developing and deployment ML/DL solutions focused on batch and real-time data pipelines aA Practical knowledge of how to build efficient end-to-end ML workflows aA Understanding of machine learning & deep learning concepts and algorithms, various statistical techniques, and experimentation analysis workflows aA Deep understanding of various statistical techniques and experimentation analysis workflows Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks: aA Proficiency in the following programming languages: SQL, Python, Scala, PySpark/Scala Spark aA Extensive hands-on experience implementing ML/DL solutions using services: Azure Databricks, Azure ML , Azure Pipelines, Azure SQL DB, Cosmo Db, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Registry and etc. aA Well versed in DevSecOps, CI/CD and MLOps aA Experience working with Developer tools such as Azure DevOps, PyCharm/VS Code, Docker, Jenkins, etc. aA Excellent understanding of distributed computing technologies, approaches, and patterns aA Strong leadership skills to mentor and lead junior engineers aA Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives aA Experience in supporting the adoption and training/coaching efforts needed to ensure value creation from analytics aA Have extended experience with libraries and frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. aA Have experience both with async code and with multithreading/multiprocessingPersonal characteristics aA Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. aA Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, mentoring aA Strong attention to detail skills. aA Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style. aA Good verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively document procedures. 5 aA Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle.
