We are seeking a dynamic, mature, and proactive individual to support our management and lead MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) related requirements. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-profile clients and international vendors
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level support with discretion and efficiency
Lead MICE project planning, execution, and vendor coordination
Conduct market research and develop creative proposals
Liaise with international suppliers and clients professionally
Organize, delegate, and monitor team tasks and deliverables
Handle corporate accounts and HNI clients with finesse
Take responsibility on handling the area of assigned job roles
Sales conversions and consulting efforts with strategic input
? Requirements
Must have own visa
Mature, hardworking, and self-driven
Smart, active, and solution-oriented
Hospitality background is a strong advantage
5 years of min work experience is must
Excellent research and communication skills
Proven ability to manage complex logistics and client expectations
Strong sales and consulting acumen
