We are seeking a motivated and experienced

FMCG Senior

Merchandiser/Supervisor

to lead and support our merchandising team. The successful candidate will oversee the effective display, stocking, and promotion of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products across retail outlets, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide a team of merchandisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Plan and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and availability. Monitor store layouts, shelf displays, and promotional setups to ensure compliance with company guidelines. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching to team members. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance merchandising effectiveness. Manage inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in FMCG merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and category management. Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software/tools is an advantage. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between store locations.
