Senior MEP Technician
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, building automation controls, and energy management systems.Educational Requirements:
Associate degree or certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or a related field.Experience Level:
3+ years of experience in MEP maintenance, knowledge of building codes and regulations, and experience in commercial building maintenance.Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing environments, leadership qualities, and attention to detail.Industry Knowledge:
