Senior Membership Consultant (senior Sales)
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed individual membership sales targets.
Handle membership inquiries.
Ensure timely follow-up of all leads and accurate CRM records.
Support and guide junior consultants when needed.
Conduct professional club tours and consultations.
Promote long-term memberships and upsell relevant services.
Coordinate with PT, renewal, and operations teams.
Maintain high customer service standards and brand professionalism.
Prepare basic sales reports and feedback for management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the fitness industry is required.
Arabic language is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
