Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all administrative activities are handled effectively and efficiently.
Preparation of Purchase Requisition and document the same.
Maintain Billing updates and co-coordinating with Finance dept., internal and external staff from time to time.
Maintain/Update/administer and co-ordinate all approved contracts/Agreements.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience of Facilities Administrator working environment for the Facility Management team.
Ability to handle multiple tasks flexibly and effectively and deliver work in a timely fashion.
Technical skills in MS Office including Excel & Power Point.
