Managing, developing and mentoring a team of MSL's across the Gulf within the designated therapy area.
Provide education on the clinical impact of the companies medicinal products to help inform customer decision-making and improve patient outcomes through the communication of real-world data and scientific evidence.
Maintain a required level of knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and company medicines, providing therapeutic area/product information to both internal and external stakeholders as needed
KOL management related to his/her own therapeutic specialty and is the medical partner for KOLs in his markets.
Will be the internal and external ambassador of the key stakeholders within the market, (universities, Health Authorities, Academic institutes..) and other medical/healthcare associations, and will engage with them to understand their patient health priorities and identify opportunities that align with the strategic Medical objectives of the company.
Plan and execute Medical strategies and engagement for the customers, compliantly coordinating with other colleagues as needed to achieve Medical objectives.
Utilize knowledge and skills to design and execute educational programs to create a level of scientific awareness about relevant disease areas.
