Job Description
Job Type: Full-time in Al Ain.
Minimum
2 years of medical coding experience
inAbu Dhabi or Dubai
healthcare settings. Strong knowledge ofCPT, ICD-10, HCPCS
coding and local insurance guidelines (DOH/DHA/MOH). Leadership skills tomanage and mentor a team
of coders. Excellent understanding ofclaim processing, coding audits
, andinsurance rejection resolutions
.AAPC/AHIMA certification
preferred (e.g., CPC, CCS). Ability to joinimmediately
is highly desirableResponsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the coding team. Conduct regular audits and ensure
accuracy, compliance
, andtimely claim submission
. Communicate with RCM, billing, and insurance teams to resolve coding-related issues. Train and onboard junior coders as required. Keep up-to-date with UAE healthcare coding regulations and payer guidelines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
