About the Role

Meridian Trade Links is urgently hiring on behalf of a leading Media Agency in the UAE. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Media Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive business growth. Preference will be given to candidates currently working with media agencies in the UAE.

Salary

AED 10,000 - 14,000 per month + attractive incentives

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the media sales team to achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement comprehensive media sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients. Identify and secure new business opportunities in media and advertising. Oversee client proposals, media plans, and campaign negotiations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in media sales. Preference for candidates currently employed in media agencies. Strong leadership, client management, and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
