Role Summary
The Senior Media Planning Manager works closely with sales, marketing, product, and data teams to deliver high-impact, integrated media campaigns for Precision Media. The role leads retail media planning initiatives, manages the retail media events calendar, and drives campaign programs that enhance client engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth across Majid Al Futtaim Retail's media ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of event-led and always-on media campaigns across omnichannel retail media products.
Develop media frameworks and go-to-market strategies aligned with Precision Media brand objectives, including ownership of the retail media events calendar.
Collaborate with internal data and insights teams to leverage first-party shopper data for advanced audience targeting and campaign optimization.
Oversee creative and media asset production, ensuring alignment with retailer brand marketing initiatives and maximizing advertiser engagement.
Build and execute the overall marketing strategy for Precision Media, including brand positioning, communications, and partner marketing initiatives.
Manage the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, thought leadership content, and event activations to promote the retail media value proposition.
Work closely with brand advertisers, media agencies, and internal commercial teams to co-develop impactful, results-driven campaigns.
Act as a senior liaison for key accounts, ensuring excellence in campaign delivery, performance reporting, and client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in media, marketing, or retail media, ideally within FMCG, e-commerce, or digital advertising environments.
Proven expertise in omnichannel media planning, integrated campaign execution, and retail media solutions.
Strong proficiency in media performance measurement and marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
