Job Description
Why do we need you?
Experience :-
8-10 years of Experience in Mechanical maintenance of Manufacturing plant. Exposure to heavy engineering /continuous process plants like Cement, Steel, Ceramics or Glass Mfg. sector Experience in maintenance of rotating equipment, Dryer/ Ovens, Blowers/Fans, Material handling equipment like Hoppers Feeder, Silos, Bucket elevators, Screw, Belt, Rollers & Chains Conveyers etc. Experience in maintenance of Screws and centrifugal Pumps, Chillers and piping. Experience in working with Pneumatic and Hydraulic system and controls. Experience in precision measurements and alignments. Ability to handle minor fabrication tasks. Exposure to WCM/TPM will be added advantage. Exposure to an in-house project will be added advantage Exposure to burner maintenance, maintenance of Vertical Mills and Compressor /Air Dryer will be added advantage Exposure to safety and work permit system. Boom lift driving license will be additional advantage.
Skills :-
Good communication & writing skills in English. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawing at a detailed level Work under pressure & well-developed trouble shooting capability. Should be able to use Email, MS office & reporting system Ability to learn and adapt
Physically fit with no disabilities, no colour blindness and correct vision
