As a

Senior Mechanical Integrity Consultant

, you will leverage your expertise to provide strategic consulting services to clients across various industries. Your role will involve assessing and enhancing the mechanical integrity programs of client facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and improving overall equipment reliability and safety. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions and actionable insights to optimize asset performance. Additionally, you will support the development of software tools and provide training to internal team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

As a Senior Mechanical Integrity Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide customized mechanical integrity solutions.

Consulting Services:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of client facilities, including risk-based inspections, fitness-for-service evaluations, and failure analysis.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement mechanical integrity programs and strategies that align with client goals and regulatory requirements.

Technical Expertise:

Provide expert advice on materials selection, corrosion management, and repair methodologies, ensuring the longevity and safety of client assets.

Software Development Support:

Collaborate with software development teams to create and enhance tools that improve mechanical integrity assessments and reporting.

Training and Development:

Offer training and workshops to both internal team and client personnel on best practices in mechanical integrity and reliability engineering. Additionally, mentor and train internal team members to build their expertise and ensure consistent service quality.

Project Management:

Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new technologies and methodologies into consulting practices to enhance service offerings.

To be successful in this role you will have:



Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical integrity consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Caesar II, PV Elite, Compress); knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASME, API).

Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as API 510, 570, 571, 580, or equivalent are highly desirable.
