We're at the forefront of technology, creating innovative solutions to develop access to resources, preserve and replenish them. the preferred job candidate must have experience in water and wastewater projects covering the following aspects:Develop and review the FEED & Detailed Engineering deliverable including PFDs, P&IDs,3D Modelling (PDMS), area GA drawing, Piping Layouts, valve list, line list, PMS, vendor offer review, Skid Package GA drawings, Material Selection, piping isometrics, pipe support, review of Stress Analysis for piping systems, all the related fabrication drawings and bill of quantities.Develop and review Overall Plot Plan as per customer specifications for the facility siting and layout, participate in technical reviews such as Design Review, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, ATEX and update Plot Plan based on various Process Safety studies conducted at different stages of the Project.Develop and review design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks and related fabrication drawings.Provide coordination between design, procurement & construction for integration and scheduling activities.Sizing calculation for PSV/PRV / control valve/ Pipe line pressure droDevelop Specification & Vendor Offer review for Rotary & static equipment , Valve, specialty items, control valve, PSV, orifice plate, strainer, chemical dosing system (as per Oil & gas applicable codes & standards). In addition to basic & detail engineering for below deliverables : PID, Plot Plan, Valve list, line list, assist draftsmen for development of 3D Model, GA drawing, review of isometric, MTO/BOM,/Review of static & rotary equipment./Review of vendor offer review & TER for static/rotary/valve/ pipe & fittings/specialty items./ Coordination with Process/E&I/Vendor/client/project management./ Define pipe line size, wall thickness, pipe material class.QualificationsVerbal and Written Communication SkillsGood Technological KnowledgeAn Eye for Details with high planning and organising skillsCommercial awareness and problem solving skillsTeam working and good interpersonal skills.* Proficient in following Software:PDMS / Google sheet / Doc* Proficient in Codes & StandardsASME BPV Code , & , (U stamp)ASME BPV Code , Part A, B & DASME API 650, API 660, API 661, API 620, API 675AISC, ASCE 7-10, UBCASTM, ASME, ANSI & TEMA StandardsWRC-107/297,PED, SHELL DEP, API620 , NACE-MR0175 (ISO15156)AWWA D103ANSI Additional InformationCompetitive package & benefits are offered for this role.As an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination.
