Scope of Work
To plan, design, supervise, and ensure the quality of mechanical systems and works in university projects. The role involves selecting appropriate devices, coordinating with consultants, auditing contractors' mechanical works, diagnosing and resolving recurring issues, and proposing improvement, corrective, and preventive measures for university facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to :
1. Plan and design mechanical systems and select appropriate equipment to ensure the quality of mechanical works in university projects.
2. Supervise the planning and design of all mechanical works on campus.
3. Inspect and audit mechanical works performed by contractors.
4. Plan installations and equipment to meet project objectives.
5. Monitor recurring mechanical faults, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions.
6. Propose preventive, corrective, and improvement actions related to mechanical systems in university facilities.
7. Coordinate with external consulting firms on mechanical aspects during design and planning stages.
8. Prepare technical reports on work progress and suggest necessary modifications.
9. Perform other duties related to the nature of the work as assigned.

Minimum Requirement
- Education Level: Bachelor of Mechanical engineering
- Language: Arabic & English (Writing & Speaking)
- Experience: 10 years
