Senior Mechanical Designer

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled [Senior Designer[ with strong experience in [sheet metal design, vehicle modification, and reverse engineering[. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in creating detailed 2D/3D designs, developing fabrication-ready drawings, and leading design processes from concept to production. You will be working closely with our engineering and production teams to deliver high-quality and practical design solutions.
- ? ?Develop accurate [2D drawings and 3D models[ for sheet metal components, assemblies, and full vehicle modification projects.
- ? ?Lead design activities from concept development to final release for manufacturing.
- ? ?Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, surface modeling, and structural evaluations.
- ? ?Create fabrication-ready drawings with proper GD&T, tolerances, and BOMs.
- ? ?Work with the production team to resolve design challenges and ensure manufacturability.
- ? ?Perform [reverse engineering[ using 3D scanning tools and point-cloud processing software.
- ? ?Collaborate with internal teams on project planning, timelines, and quality standards.
- ? ?Review, approve, and guide junior designers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- ? ?Maintain design documentation, revision control, and project tracking.
