Job Description
-Responsible for designing all mechanical systems including ( HVAC, Fire , smoke management, and plumbing ) in large and medium projects
- Prepare the concept design report for the project and define the mechanical requirements including the system demand calculation.
- Prepare the design calculations.
-Join the meetings with clients and all parties in the project.
-Follow up with the team for the progress.
-Design Coordination with the team .
-Prepare authorities submission package. ( DM, DDA, TRAKHEES, DCD, Dubai South,. . . )
-Prepare tender package.
