21 days annual leave This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer from an MEP Building services consultancy design background to join a leading architectural & engineering practice in the heart of Dubai. Healthcare projects experience & a solid understanding of HTM\xe2\x80\x99s is preferred. Role & requirements \xe2\x80\x93 Senior Mechanical Design Engineer As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, your rich experience in mechanical building services design will equip you to exceed in this challenging, but very rewarding role. You will independently prepare the design of the HVAC systems to include the completion of code reviews, preparation of the basis of design, system calculations, review of Revit CAD drawings, specification preparation, field investigations, and other such design as required to execute the HVAC construction for new or renovated buildings. Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree holder in mechanical/building services engineering.
• Ideally MASHRAE or MCIBSE, or working towards CEng status.
• 10+ years of experience working within an International Design Firm, with a focus on Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) Design and a minimum of 5 Years Middle East experience
• A full understanding of industry software including Hevacomp, IES, HAP etc..
• Working knowledge of REVIT/ AutoCAD, Energy Modeling, and MS Office programs
• Familiar with International Building Codes and Standards, including the International Mechanical Code and NFPA is required
• Preferred with healthcare/hospital projects experience.
