Senior Material Piping Engineer
Job Description
Schedule: Full-time Must be able to expedite the engineering disciplines, client, contractor and vendors. Must be able to compile Material Requisition packages for Aramco projects, after technical information provided by engineering disciplines. Must be able to compile DCPR for Aramco projects, after technical information provided by engineering disciplines. Good administrative abilities in order to manage Technical Clarification (receiving/sending). Technical Bid Evaluations (receiving/sending). NMR601/602/603 (receiving/sending). Coordination with Client regarding the MR's, TQ's, TBE's, NMR's. Maintaining tracking / monitoring logs for the procurement related documents. Good understanding of procurement processes, particularly for Aramco (LSTK) projects. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to work on multiple (smaller) projects at the same time
Good awareness of Saudi Aramco SAMSS, 9COM, 9CAT. Proven experience in: Vendor document management. Interaction with Client, contractor procurement teams. Good vocal/written skills in English are required. Has 10 years of experience and minimum 5 years hands on experience minimum in similar positions. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Driver license is preferred (with respect to meetings at vendor shop, client office locations).
