As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to oversee and manage our document services ensuring compliance, efficiency, and superior client service.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Specialist with extensive experience in Business setup, and Document-related solutions. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, improving service delivery, building client relationships, and overseeing end-to-end branch operations. The ideal candidate will be a visionary professional who can lead strategic initiatives and drive performance across all service categories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage daily operations of the Ras Al Khaimah branch across all service areas: Business setup, and Document services.

2. Take full ownership of the branch's business growth, including revenue generation, profitability, and strategic expansion.

3. Design and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase visibility and acquire new clients for all service segments.

4. Identify new market opportunities and introduce innovative solutions within Business support offerings and PRO services.

5. Supervise service quality and compliance in all processes, ensuring adherence to local regulations and customer satisfaction.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and optimize operational efficiency.

7. Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors, government entities, and corporate clients.

8. Provide periodic performance and strategy reports to top management, with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

9. Drive staff performance through effective leadership, training, and motivation, ensuring excellence across all service lines.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or business development role within document processing and business setup services.

2. Proven track record of successfully growing a branch or department in a competitive service-oriented environment.

3. Deep understanding of UAE regulatory requirements and market dynamics related to business support services.

4. Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities across multiple service categories.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

6. Ability to think strategically, work independently, and drive innovation.

7. Prefer candidates from Ras Al Khaimahh region.
