Job Purpose: The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing operations, including budget management, brand marketing calendars, omnichannel approach, execution of marketing activities, and social media and digital media strategies. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Senior Marketing Manager brings innovative ideas to elevate the brand, improves internal communication, and drives successful product launches, store openings, events, and strategic partnerships. They analyze data, monitor campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize budget allocation and enhance brand presence.

Key Accountabilities: Brand Elevation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bring new and innovative ideas to elevate the brand and differentiate it from competitors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create comprehensive brand marketing calendars in collaboration with key stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and coordinate marketing activities, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and business objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate quarterly marketing activities per brand to internal teams and stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve internal communication and alignment of marketing strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the Bateel\'s franchise communication keeping an online library of creatives, where all images are up-to-date and accessible to partners.
Omnichannel Approach: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement artworks to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing activities across online and offline channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities to enhance customer journey and engagement through different touchpoints.

Execution of Marketing Activities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the execution of all marketing activities, including product launches, store openings, events, and strategic partnerships. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure accurate and timely delivery of various monthly reporting by Marketing Exec team.
Public Relations: \xe2\x80\xa2 Day to day liaison with the PR agency, providing briefs and imagery to facilitate each month\'s PR strategy, and proofreading all proposed releases before final sign off. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain effective relationship with key media to maximise all editorial opportunities and manage media inquiries, interviews, and other media related requests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the communication of the Marketing Execs to all mall marketing and PR contacts to ensure monthly coverage using our own Brand content as a minimum. \xe2\x80\xa2 Approve influencer marketing initiatives and collaborations across all active markets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages the timely handling of the media and influencer gifting process including sourcing, costing, handling and delivery.

Social Media and Digital Media Strategy: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media and digital media strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance brand presence and engagement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Measure and analyze digital marketing metrics to drive data-driven decision-making. \xe2\x80\xa2 Efficiently manage all email and SMS communications activity, including asset creation and stakeholder sign off, campaign execution and reporting on a campaign-by-campaign basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of the Corporate and ecommerce website, editing images, graphics and uploading or editing blog content. Efficiently manage online product catalogue \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage regular website audit of Bateel.com to ensure it is on brand adhering to brand guidelines, utilising updated assets and alignment of current campaigns/launches.

Budget Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and manage marketing budgets for various brands and campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor expenses, analyze ROI, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize budget allocation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure efficient utilization of resources while maintaining financial targets.

Experience requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong budget management skills with the ability to analyze financial data and make strategic recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing brand marketing strategies across multiple channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in overseeing product launches, store openings, events, and strategic partnerships. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in social media and digital marketing strategies, including content creation, advertising, and analytics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving brand excellence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification and Licenses requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.
