Senior Marketing Manager Robotics - Dubai

What will you be doing?

Reporting directly to the Sr Director for Recon & Robotics, Emerging Markets the Sr Marketing Manager for Robotics, EM works to drive robotics and recon market products in the EM region. They will drive market development through product launches, marketing campaigns, development programs and key customer focus.

What will you need to be successful?

A comprehensive understanding of the Recon Hip & Knee portfolio, market, customer, and business needs.

Experience with supporting markets, and coordinating product, customer, and program development.

Strategic planning which includes Market analysis and supporting cluster and global marketing in the development of a strategic plan.

Experience in developing marketing strategic plans that support regional and global strategic plans.

Launch Planning which encompasses analysis of business plan financials to guide local marketing decision making on portfolio choices.

Understanding and supporting Business Process by working closely with the local Orthopaedic Sales and Marketing Teams as well as Regional and Local Commercial Excellence to guide commercial strategies to implement effective financial models.

Successful candidates would need the following:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in health sciences, MBA would be an advantage.
• 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 product marketing management experience or commercial experience
• Considerable knowledge of the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
• Proven track record in downstream marketing
