Senior Marketing Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Food Service & Retail, Dubai!

We have been retained by this awesome company to search for a talented Senior Marketing Manager. Although it is an existing company, it is a new role and you will be setting up the department from scratch.

What are we looking for in our ideal candidate?

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
• 2+ years retail and/or food service marketing experience
• Sales experience hugely beneficial
• Not necessary to have Gulf experience but must have strong International experience
• Ability to define and develop market positioning to a given market
• Proven project and budget management skills
• Ability to influence/facilitate results
• Effective organizational skills
• Creativity and innovation
• Commercial acumen
• Market insight
• Social Media insights and expertise
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with marketing automation software is a plus.
• Proven record of accomplishment of identifying and creating new marketing opportunities within a channel.
• Commercially aware, considering and justifying the investment implications and ROI of activities within a marketing plan.
• Proven ability to build and manage a marketing budget.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with social media marketing; paid advertising (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads); email marketing; content marketing; SEO and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).

Salary Package Offered: Salary up to AED 38-40k + family benefits
