Looking for a Senior Marketing manager with Retail experience. Real Estate/Property experience would be advantage. Job Responsbility Includes: Brand Building Build and execute 360 degree integrated (ATL, BTL, Social, Digital) and CRM campaigns to drive performance objectives (acquisition/ reorder) as well as brand objectives (awareness, engagement & affinity)

• Ensure that the entire brand building strategies/exercise is implemented across all the territories/Business.
• Overseeing the PR & communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across markets.
• Maintain website for the brand that is in line with the brand image.
• Create opportunities for Cross Promotion and co-branding.
• Keep abreast of best practices in marketing, global retail brands, competitive / strategic marketing initiatives and trends.

Budgeting & Planning Prepare the annual marketing budget in consultation with the management team and allocate resources to territories/brands with the breakup in terms of season, campaign, media etc.

• Prepare annual marketing calendar.
• Review the budgets and make recommendations to the management as deemed necessary.
• Report on the utilization of the Budgets periodically.

In Store / Outdoor: Media Planning & Advertising Ensure All aspect of imaging - Store windows, Visuals, Banners, Posters, Shelf talkers are in line with the \xe2\x80\x9cImage\xe2\x80\x9d of the brand and target the appropriate audience. Plan and manage the seasonal photo shoots in-house including coordination between VM, Retail ops, in house designer and photographer. Design, write, and oversee the production of printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers and media guides. Review the effectiveness of advertisement promos and take corrective actions Responsible for all approvals on the brand and marketing in coordination with the PRO People Management Managing Team, set annual performance goals, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance. Develop and mentor subordinates to move to the next higher level of job through career planning and develop a development chart.
