Job Title Senior Marketing Manager

Description

Work closely with the CEO, Sales and Product teams to roadmap strategic growth
Develop the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most cost-effectively
Manage marketing budget and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads
Create and execute lead-generation plans that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads cost-effectively, including SEO, email marketing, PPC (already very good at this), social media, and new marketing channels
Rigorously measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI
Maximize website conversion rate through A/B testing of changes to website structure, design and content Analyze industry trends, market conditions and competitors' marketing tactics to identify new opportunities.
Software industry experience, particularly SaaS, a plus
3+ years experience with B2B online marketing programs, with a focus on lead generation
Expertise with a wide variety of lead generation tactics, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC and social media
Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach
Excellent verbal communication, business writing, skills copywriting is a plus
Energy, enthusiasm, passion and commercial awareness
Adaptable to a fast-changing, start-up or similar environments
