Description
Manage the development and implementation of the company?s brand strategy.
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, marketing automation system and CRM
Drive marketing activities throughout the region (GCC, Lebanon)
Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team
Conduct research to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data on numerous platforms.
Support the management in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analysing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions and run of campaign information to key stakeholders within the business.
Oversee the planning of meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
Lead Generation activities is key. Research new ideas, messaging, and market trends to assist in lead generation.
Follow up with sales team on a regular basis to understand where each lead is sitting and give feedback on quality of leads gained through marketing initiatives.
Manage the development of social media plan, PR plan and designs where necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor?s/Master degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies, or another associated industry
Three years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing jobs or the Digital Marketing Executive position
Superior command of SEO/SEM and Google AdWords
Knowledge of ad serving and web analytic tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Proficiency in CRM software such as SAP
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
