Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Executive (Acquisitions) Middle East will support the Regional Marketing Manager on customer acquisition campaigns in our key markets (UAE, Hong Kong and Singapore), including the execution of acquisition campaigns, performance monitoring, campaign analytics reporting, development and management of creative assets and managing approvals processes.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
- Collaborate with internal teams, insurance partners and external agencies to ensure timely and smooth implementation of regional marketing plan
- Manage the delivery of all B2B and B2C creative assets including creation, copywriting, and production to meet our product proposition and brand values
- Assist in the delivery of media plans assets and coordinate with the media agency to meet timelines and creative specifications.
- Manage and improve our online content on web pages and microsites from an SEO and analytics perspective
- Own the health and wellbeing content writing to drive organic web traffic.
- Ensure all marketing and communications materials are compliant and approved as per our marketing compliance requirements and processes.
- Measure return on investment and track performance against KPIs
- Populate weekly and monthly reports for customer acquisition performance by market
- Understand our key global messaging for development of financial and non-financial promotions across all key target markets within the regional footprint.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our business functions including sales, product, studio, compliance, and corporate affairs teams
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring:
- Educated to degree level
- A genuine interest in marketing with relevant experience, preferably in Digital Advertising or Marketing; regional experience would be an advantage
- Detail-oriented with outstanding planning and organisational abilities
- Prior experience of HubSpot and Adobe Analytics will be an advantage
- Experience of Google Ads and Facebooks Ads will be preferred
- Able to work independently and is comfortable to multi-task and prioritise
- Clear communication skills with high standard of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
- Experience of operating in a regulated industry; specific experience in healthcare, telecommunications or insurance will be advantageous (desirable)
- Experience managing a copy approval process
