Job Description

: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the food hall/market, drive foot traffic, and increase revenue. Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, website management, and online advertising. Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives, such as print ads, flyers, and events, as needed. Maintain and enhance the food hall\'s brand image through consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials. Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitors to inform marketing strategies. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that provide the best return on investment. Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring the team\'s performance. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, such as operations and vendor teams, to align marketing efforts with the food hall\'s goals. Plan and execute promotional events, special offers, and partnerships to attract and retain customers. Monitor and analyze marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed. Engage with customers through surveys, feedback collection, and other means to understand their needs and preferences. Build and maintain relationships with the local community, including businesses, influencers, and organizations to enhance the food hall\'s presence. Qualifications:
  • A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Experience in a leadership or senior marketing role is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the food industry, including trends, customer preferences, and competition, is crucial.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising, is essential.
  • Ability to analyze data, track marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions is important.
  • A creative mindset for developing unique marketing campaigns and promotions to attract customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for creating marketing materials and collaborating with the team.
  • Experience in managing a marketing team and the ability to lead and motivate team members.
